Shipping policy

1. Processing Time


All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom CNC machining or 3D printing orders may require additional lead time, which will be confirmed in your order confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates


We offer international shipping to most countries, with the following options:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–14 business days, rates calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Express International Shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3–7 business days, premium rates available for urgent orders.
  • Delivery times for other shipping modes will be provided based on the actual situation.

3. Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor delivery status on the carrier’s website.

4. Customs & Import Duties


International orders may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.

5. Delivery Issues


If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim or check status.
  2. Notify us at support@wencoparts.com with your order number and details, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

6. Returns & Refunds for Shipping


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect address on our part, defective or wrong items shipped). For returns due to customer reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
